Because every product we sell is delivered digitally and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is completed.

Why no refunds?

• Instant delivery. Your license and download link are provided immediately after payment, giving you full access to the content.
• Non-revocable goods. Unlike physical items, a digital file cannot be “unused” or sent back once it has been downloaded.
• Anti-fraud protection. A strict no-refund policy helps us keep prices fair for all customers.

Before you buy

• Check system requirements. Make sure your computer, DAW, and plug-in format are compatible.
• Watch our walkthrough videos. These videos are design to demonstrate each feature in our software products. Use this information to inform your decision to purchase one of them.
• Listen to the demos. We provide detailed audio examples and walkthrough videos so you can hear exactly what you’re getting.

Defective Downloads

In the rare event your download link is corrupted or incomplete, contact us at: support@rainmultimedia.net. We will verify your order and replace the file at no cost.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction (for example, the limited “right of withdrawal” for EU customers who have not yet begun downloading the content).
